On the car ride home the kids were starting go get a little bored...so we had to pull out the markers again! I will admit that I was the one who drew lovely pictures on their arms...this did keep them busy for a very long time!
Even Elsie had some smiley faces on her knees...she talked to these smiley faces for quite some time!

The kids still have their tattoos today...my mom said they didn't want to scrub them off so they have been washing up very carefully! Simple entertainment!

When they finally got tired of marker tattoos...they all sang songs and did hand clapping games. They also played a car game most of the way...one person would choose a colour of a car and everyone else would have to try to find a car of that colour. When the noise would get a bit too loud we would play a game of "the person who is the quietest for 5 minutes ges a mint"!

Even with all the noise Elsie still fell asleep for her afternoon nap...she was a very good girl all the way home! We had a very enjoyable weekend...
