Betty Crocker to the Rescue...

It has been a long time since Betty Crocker and I have made any food! I was SO thrilled to find out that Betty Crocker is now making gluten and dairy free cookie mix, yellow and chocolate cake and brownies! Last week the girls and I had a movie night at my house and enjoyed the GF/CF brownies...super good! Today Elsie and I made the chocolate chip cookies...we have never made GF cookies from a box before so it was a special treat...
I put the mixing bowl on the floor and Elsie helped with all the steps...

She poured the bag of mix into the bowl...

She had to try a little finger full of the mix...because every good cook has to try the food as she cooks!

After I mixed the dough together with the kitchen-aid...Elsie used the Tbsp to drop the cookie dough on the sheets...I told her to put each cookie on the circle on the sheet...so she carefully placed each one on the circle just like I told her to do...I think she is going to be very into details!

A cookie all ready to be cooked...the Betty Crocker cookies tasted super good! I think we will be buying this again soon! I think Elsie is going to be a good little cook before long!
