Happy Easter...

I think we are all ready for Easter tomorrow...we are going to my parents for lunch and Becky's for dinner. I think it will be a fun day! Today we worked on making lots of tasty treats for dessert...I made some GF butterfly cupcakes. I used a recipe found in the "Living Without" magazine. Elsie has been wanting to try one all day...I keep telling her they are for Easter!
Elsie's Easter basket is all filled with little treasures...it is waiting for her in the living room so it will be the first thing she sees when she gets up! Can't wait to hear her happy squeals!
