Friends...

James and Elsie are the best of friends...they are never far apart! Quite often they are "partners in crime"...other times Elsie is the perfect little mother watching over her little brother. One evening while were having a camp fire James went and sat down on the edge of the lawn by the alley...and soon Elsie went over and joined him. They looked so sweet...just sitting together...talking and babbling...
Elsie's motherly instinct kicked in when she saw her brother trying to eat little pieces of tar from the alley...

When simply explaining to spit it out didn't work Elsie picked it out of his mouth...what a great sister...

Explaining again that tar is not meant to be eaten...

As soon as Elsie left the little stinker picked up a big piece of tar and tried to eat it...

He must of remembered his sister's words on not eating tar...he took it out of his mouth and just inspected it...

He threw the tar back out in the alley and just sat there...wow...Elsie must be one good teacher!
