Fireworks...

In the Evening we all went back up town to watch the fireworks display...We had been telling Elsie all day what to expect at the fireworks so she was not scared...We had a long wait again before the fireworks began...the perfect opportunity to try for another perfect family picture...
Jon got a little bit of a sun burn at the parade...at least he will have tan knees now!

Group picture! Looks like Colter was preparing for some really bright fireworks!

Elsie was a little scared of the loud "booming" noise...but she did really good! Before long she fell asleep...she was so tired out that she never even jumped for the really big "booming" noises! Elsie still likes to talk about the fireworks...she will say "Boom" then move her arms around to represent the sparkles...she than grabs her chest and makes a scared sound...she is getting very good at being able share her feelings and telling what has happened!

The fireworks were lovely...we got home after 11:00 and fell into bed exhausted from a very fun filled day of 4th of July celebrations!
