Sleeping Beauty...
This afternoon I brought Elsie to the chiropractor in town and the receptionist gave Elsie these fancy little sunglasses! Elsie put them on and thought she was the cutest little girl around! After the chiropractor visit we went to play with all her aunties and uncle...and on our way home from the play date she fell asleep in the car wearing the glasses. So I did what any responsible mother would do and ran in the house to grab the camera to take some pictures before bring her inside! After all it is these magical little moments that make an ordinary day so special!

look at all the rich colors in this picture - love it!! with all her bright (and funky) colors, it looks like she's part of an advertisement for the children's Oilily catalog (remember that?!) or maybe an advertisement for a Hanna Andersson jacket, too! very European, dear!
oh, and her glasses are darling, too. such a sweetie she is!
