For dinner one night last week I made a roast with potatoes onions and carrots. I tried a new recipe with the roast...lots of salt and pepper than I rubbed a paste of butter and and grey poupon mustard over the top of the roast. It turned out so good! Jon assures me I will be a good cook yet...as if I never was?!
