Christmas Baking...

Today I spent most of the day in the kitchen making Christmas cookies...this is the first year I made gluten free Christmas cookies. The pantry is full of strange flours like tapioca, potato starch and sweet rice flour...mixed together in the cookie dough you can't even tell they are GF!
I am a messy cook...and kitchen sinks are still over flowing with mixing bowls, spatulas and cookie sheets...

Attempting roll-out sugar cookies...I think I better leave these up to Jon's mom to make for now on! I think I over cooked mine...

Nice and warm in the oven...

We will have lots of good treat to eat on Christmas!
