Last weekend my parents watched Elsie so Jon and I could go out for dinner...they were busy doing craft projects! They were teaching Elsie to use water colours... Then they made paper turkeys to hang on the wall...
Hand-print feathers for the turkey...
The little turkey...how cute! I think we need to go out more often to give Grandma and Grandpa the opportunity to do more craft projects with Elsie!
Disclaimer: your dad & brother were out in the garage doing their thing - and it was *your sisters* & I who did this with Elsie, Emma & Marissa. (Thanks goodness for Ceara, Laura & Lisa and all their help!) But, nevertheless, the three little girls had a fun time making turkeys to decorate our dining room wall - and little Elsie-loo enjoyed getting her hand painted and cooperated very well, too! -mom/grammie
P.S. Oh, and I should also say that had your dad been in the house and not otherwise occupied, I know that he would have been more than happy to help out with this little craft project - because he really is a super dad/grampa like that...(as you already know!)
